WEBSITE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of the conditions for entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter is: Evergreen Garden Care NZ Ltd, Truman Lane, Te Maunga, Mt Maunganui, New Zealand.
  3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings, and children.
  4. The start and end dates of the Promotion (“Promotion Period”) are listed on the entry form page.
  5. To enter the Promotion individuals must complete the entry form on tuiproducts.co.nz during the Promotion Period.
  6. Evergreen Garden Care NZ Ltd accepts no liability for entries lost or not submitted.
  7. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win.
  8. Prize: the Prize is detailed on the entry form page.
  9. The Winner(s) of the Prize(s) will be randomly drawn by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This random draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner(s) will be notified by email or phone. If the Winner cannot be contacted by email or phone then the prize will be redrawn.
  10. The Judge's Decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The Prize is subject to availability and may be substituted for something of equal or higher value should it be unavailable, are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize (s) cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative prizes/products.
  12. The prize will be dispatched to any New Zealand address of the winners' choice.
  13. By claiming a Prize(s) the Winner(s) agrees to their name being published on the Promoter's website and Email Newsletter.
  14. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the Promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the Winner of the Promotion.   7. By claiming the prize the Winner(s) agree to their name and entry being published on the Tui website, Facebook page, Instagram page, and in the Tui Email Newsletter and Tui Times Publication.

  9. The Winner(s) will be notified via Facebook. Evergreen Garden Care NZ Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners but if they are unable to be contacted within 7 days of the closing date, then Evergreen Garden Care NZ Ltd may determine another Winner(s).
