How can I get rid of several types of mushrooms , weeds from my lawn. I have tried a few different Types/Brands of lawn weed and feed sprays but they seem to be loving that stuff.

Hi Brent, we suggest you apply lime, either garden lime or dolomite lime. This will neutralise the soil and break down the organic matter the mushrooms are growing in. For the weeds you will need to look for a lawn weedkill product that is registered to control the types of weeds in your lawn - check at your local garden centre (Tui doesn't have any lawn weedkill products). Photos of the specific weeds will help identify the type and therefore the correct product to control them.
