Q.
Hi Tui, where and when do I plant a pomegranate in Hamilton New Zealand?

Hi Sarah
Pomegranates prefer a semi-dry, mild temperature climate. Plant pomegranate trees in autumn, winter or early spring, preferably late autumn if the soil is free draining through winter. With heavy soils, spring planting is best. Trees should be planted in the sunniest, warmest part of the garden for the best fruit.
