Traditionally Dianthus will flower once, in spring and can often have an unruly habit.
In winter when there is no flower they will appear as a tight compact ‘grey hedgehog’. This makes them useful for many applications, from mass planting in regular garden beds for year round colour and foliage structure, to pots on the patio to make use of the heavenly scent.
There is a range of six available to tempt you and your garden and with names like ‘Angel Of Wisdom’ and ‘Angel Of Beauty’ they are the perfect gifting opportunity in this season of giving.
