Q.
I have an Arabica coffee plant that I keep in a pot inside, in a light area out of direct sunlight. The leaves are starting to get brown patches where they feel like they are drying out (I can send a picture) I’ve tried watering with seaweed, but nothing has changed. Any ideas on how I can help it? Thanks!

Hi Tina, this is often a symptom of uneven temperatures – or an air conditioned room, inconsistent watering or lack of fertiliser. Check to see if the soil is still fresh, the plant may need re-potting into fresh potting mix. Also check to see the drainage holes are working, plants do not like to sit in puddles of water. Suggest placing your plant in the shower and washing the leaves to remove any dust particles as well.
