Hi, what mix would be suitable for a potted rhododendron? Thanks.

Hi Kevin, rhododendrons enjoy acid soil properties, the best mix to use is Tui Superlight Potting mix which is peat based with bark and a controlled release fertiliser. Peat has a slightly acid soil pH which is what plants like rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and gardenias enjoy. Lianne.
