Why is my rosemary losing its leaves?

Q.

My rosemary is losing its leaves. This is an upright plant and the height is 1.8m. I'd be happy to provide pictures to show what I mean.

Hi Sylvia, the main reasons rosemary defoliate is when the soil is very wet, and water logged. If you do not think this is the case, the plant may have a split trunk down near the base of the plant, this can cause the same symptom. Check your soil and the base of the plant.
