Q.
Having sprayed half my lawn with white vinegar to deter cats I have browned off the lawn. The lawn has had a good soaking since. Does the vinegar affect the grass roots. What do you suggest my next move is?

Hi Allan, time and a little TLC will help your lawn recover. Suggest if you haven’t already, sprinkling some lawn fertiliser over the lawn to give the turf a boost, and water it in. If you have done this already, apply a seaweed tonic and this will give the roots a real boost.
