The soil on my section is absolutely full of ants. Will adding lime to the soil get rid of the ants?

• Adding garden lime to the soil won’t help get rid of ants.
• Use ant sand that can be purchased from hardware stores and garden centres around the nest or along the trails and they will disappear.
• Alternatively, use an ant bait in an ant station.
