Mystic Dahlia Series

Bred by New Zealand’s own Dr Keith Hammett, the Dahlia Mystic series is getting rave reviews!

This contemporary range of Dahlia are just right for todays gardens. These beauties are set apart from other Dahlia by their fashionable filigreed mahogany to black foliage topped with the most vivid blooms. Enlivening even the dullest of gardens with their textural foliage and vivid blooms; they are truly colour invigorating. Oozing with lushness and sophistication, these stunners are complimentary amongst low maintenance native gardens as impact colour spots.

With this series you are really spoilt for choice:

Mystic Dreamer – candy stripe pink
Mystic Enchantment – fire engine red
Mystic Haze – apricot/orange
Mystic Illusion – vivid yellow
Mystic Wonder – velvety red
Dream Catcher – vibrant red and pink
Dream Seeker – burnt orange and pink

  • Hello. I have grown Hammett dahlias for many years, or rather they grow for me. I'am keen to acquire two new plants in the Mystic variety velvet red or fire engine red. I live in Auckland and am wondering if Palmers will stock this new variety. Thanks. Tony Jennings.

    • Hi Tony, Hammett Dahlias are amazing, and preform so well in the garden. Suggest you contact Palmers directly to see if they stock them or you could try www.nzbulbs.co.nz as they have a good range of Hammett Dahlias.
