Hi Tui, could you tell me where to plant Gardenia and what to fertilise them with?

Plant Gardenias in a warm, sheltered area protected from harsh frosts and intense mid day sun. Choose well drained, moist soil as Gardenias will not thrive in sandy or poor soils. Apply some Tui Compost before planting to condition the soil and add nutrients. Gardenias are acid loving plants, so feed two or three times throughout the growing season with Tui Acid Food.
